The retreat took place on the island of Molokai, Hawaii. What a place to chill out. The organizer, Mary Sue sent us information about who will be there along with their email addresses. Amazingly, people were coming from all over the world....Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Denmark....very cool. Emails are flying letting people know arrival info and touring plans. The anticipation was fantastic.The Facilitators: Neale Donald Walsch and Mary O'Malley.
A last minute email from Mary O'Mally set the tone for what's in store for everyone.
Mary's Website said this: The retreat will be held at Hui Ho'olana, a beautiful retreat center on the island of Molokai. The center is surrounded by trees, fragrant flowers, luscious ferns, spacious open lawns, and hiking trails providing an ideal environment for inspiration and a safe haven for the growth and nurturing of the spirit.
The experiences I had were profound. The friends I met were amazing. The food was exquisite. It was peaceful and serene and I enjoyed every minute. I felt like I really belonged there.A personal transformation happened in Molokai. With the help of Mary and Neale and the support form the Hui group I was able to work through a personal struggle that allowed me to transform anger into compassion.
